German Speaking Account Management Specialist(Marketing)

 

 

Your role in a nutshell:

As an  Account Management Specialist, you will independently manage and grow client relationships and handle project deliverables. You will ensure clarity and completeness of project briefs, align internal and external expectations, and maintain high standards of quality in deliverables.

 

What you'll do:
 

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear and comprehensive project requirements.Manage end-to-end client account responsibilities, focusing on onboarding new customers and nurturing existing relationships.Ensure outgoing projects meet quality standards and client expectations.Coordinate and set up team meetings, prepare agendas, and create documents and minutes.Monitor, measure, and document project progress and effectiveness.Manage projects with full ownership and use revenue and project tracking tools daily.Align with and follow processes set by department managers.

 

What you'll ring to the team:

 

4+ years of experience in account or project management, preferably in a marketing agency.Skilled in providing clear, comprehensive briefs, ensuring team comprehension, and creating price offers.Able to train clients on briefing processes and project management systems, and proficient in MS Office.Fluency in both German and English is a must, as at least half of the work will be conducted in German.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
