What Will You Be Doing?
Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation in assigned areaMonitoring health and safety risks and hazards and advising store personnel on how to minimise them.Partner with local store management and corresponding District Managers to meet health and safety objectives Setting up and arranging all required health and safety training for store personnelProvide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on safety communication guidelinesWorking with and training all associates to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards within the organizationBeing responsible for safety audits in stores and offices.Liaising with the authorities pre/post site inspectionsManaging safety vendorsAssisting with the management of health and safety monitoring systems and policiesManaging emergency procedures and organising emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aidersOffering general health and safety advice to all associates.Complete special projects as assigned by the Health and Safety Manager.This role is ideal for a Health & Safety Assistant who is looking for their next opportunity. Also this role will involve 60% travel across EMEA.
What Do You Need To Bring?
