What you’ll do:  

Ensure that invoicing and special format billing files are prepared in line with the Customer’s contractual billing terms. Proactively resolve invoicing errors and rebill the customer in case necessary. Validate that invoicing is in accordance with local compliance requirements. Find root causes of invoicing problems and focus on their timely solution in order to eliminate reoccurrence. Help in the updating of any process documentations, follow-up and record any change, in order to keep these up-to-date at all times. Be proactive in making proposals that help us to develop processes.

You should apply if you bring:  

Advanced German proficiency.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills in a B2B environment. Ideally, 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome. A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
