Together with your colleagues in Customer Operations, you will handle day-to-day order management, resolve disputes and queries, prepare reports, and proactively communicate with our customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality customer service.

Order Management: Handle orders, ensure smooth processing, and address customer queries via phone and email. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, including customer service, production, warehouse, and transport planning. Dispute Resolution: Register, track, and resolve disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Reporting and Data Management: Prepare reports for business units and maintain accurate customer master data. Process Improvement: Participate in improvement initiatives, projects, and documentation reviews aligned with established guidelines.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German (B2/C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team Collaboration: A One-Team spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced support center environment. Technical Skills: A natural flair for IT systems, digital tools, and familiarity with SAP and CSM (training provided if needed).
