We are looking for a German speaking candidate, who would like to work in hybrid model.

**This role requires work in 24/7 environment, work on national holidays (as allowed by local regulations)**

Responsibilities:

Handle end user calls and web queries in German and English Act as the first point of contact for the customer Precise administration Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases

We are looking for you, if you:

have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in German (Austrian dialect is advantage) have experience in customer service and in IT Help Desk have High School degree are open to work in shifts have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
