Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Germany Patriot Mission Integration Lead in support of the Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Germany Patriot Capability Sustainment Program Part I (CSP-1) contract.
As the program Mission Integration Lead, you will be primarily responsible for coordination and execution of customer facing events including hardware title transfer and contractually deliverable services. You will also establish and execute a logistics plan that meets program, business, contractual and customer requirements. In this highly visible role, you coordinate and manage: the transportation, delivery and transfer of title of export-controlled defense articles; and the execution of contractually required services such as initial fielding events and end user training. The events you will manage are aligned to significant program payment milestones that must be accurately forecasted and managed to meet customer and business expectations.
You will coordinate with logistics functional areas to ensure future logistics capacity and program requirements can be met. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the program’s Global Trade professional to ensure all required licenses are available in time to support forecasted and/or contractual requirements.
In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer to plan and execute hardware transfer of title events and contractually required deliverable services in-country, including the development and submission of required documentation.

Review of contract to ensure it aligns to how and where we plan to sell and ship hardwareCollaborate with IPTs and Program teams to evaluate and required contract amendmentsParticipate in all program Gate 4 & Gate 5 reviewsShipment master file owner and updater - IPT’s and Programs provide shipment priorities. Meet with programs on a weekly basis to ensure all contractual and AOP commitments are planned to point of sales (CONUS and OCONUS)Track actual hardware availability to shipment master, flag potential risk to program for discussionInternational Shipping request (ISR) generation by pulling in data from IPT’sPresent at Monthly iPMRs and biannual customer Executive Program Reviews on all shipment statuses / forecastsEnsure export licenses are in place and have enough value and quantity to support executionTrack MRP demand is up to date to shipping planCommunicate to logistics of upcoming logistics resources/capacity in place to supportRisks and Opportunity management for transportation scope/budgetPlanning and execution of customer events including hardware transfer of title events, initial fielding (OCONUS)Expected to support domestic and international travel as neededQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is requiredExperience in any of the following: Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, or Program or Project Management Experience with EX/IMExperience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS developmentThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
