Hybrid/Remote is allowed. Global Education & Sports Partners (GESP), a Massachusetts-based LLC, recruits domestic and international students for placement in U.S. boarding schools. We specialize in recruiting student-athletes in many different sports.

For the fall of 2025, we seek an Educational Consultant to increase GESP's recruitment of female soccer players. This role involves significant international travel to our partners in Bermuda, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Iceland, and Spain. Opportunities for travel to other countries may also arise. The Consultant will collaborate with existing partners in each country to create showcases and events specifically for female soccer players. Additionally, the role will include domestic travel within the USA to attend events and recruit female players for the GESP network of boarding schools.

Collegiate soccer playing experience Coaching experience Consultant must be eligible to work in the United States Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with parents and players Preferred fluency in Spanish, strong technological proficiency, and enthusiasm for travel
