We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Milano. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Be a great communicator and a relationship builder. Every day you will interact with client and you will help them solving their risk management issue;

Be a great team player. You’ll work together with client executive and other colleagues specialized in particular coverages;

Assess client’s risk profile and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio;

Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;

Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers;

Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams;

Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.

What you need to have: 

University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;

Fluency in English and Italian;

Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
