Au sein de la Direction Supply Chain, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 personnes.
Le gestionnaire Ordonnancement/Planification a pour mission d’ordonnancer la production à court terme et de garantir la tenue des dates de fin de fabrication des produits dont il a la charge.
Il interface quotidiennement avec les leaders de production, les approvisionnements, le magasin et s’assure de l’adéquation charge/Capacité et de la bonne réalisation des produits dans les délais impartis.
A ce titre, les missions principales seront les suivantes :
-Participer à la réunion PDP et suivre la bonne exécution du PDP dans les ateliers
- Ordonnancer à la journée la fabrication pour l’ensemble des lignes dont vous avez la charge en tenant compte de l’OTD et des urgences Clients
-Identifier en amont les points bloquants (appros, achats, qualité, technique) et de pousser à leur résolution
-Alerter au quotidien en cas de dérive ou de non-respect du PDP, analyse les causes de non-réalisation
- Être l’interlocuteur du Service Client (OE et CS) concernant les échéances de délais (livraison, mise à disposition...)
-Lancer les Ordres de Fabrication et de Sous-traitance et traiter les messages d’action
-Travailler en interface avec le magasin sur la sortie physique des OF
Vous êtes motivé, rigoureux, organisé, un bon sens relationnel
La maitrise de l’outil informatique est indispensable
Vous maitrisez un anglais professionnel, vous disposez de connaissances en Supply chain
Bac + 2 minimum en logistique / Supply Chain avec expérience en logistique ou Ecole Ingénieur jeune diplômé
