The Services Project Manager is responsible to identify and/or respond and manage the Service needs of Hydro Power Plant owners within the geographical area covered by the hub location. Transactional service activities, also called Plant Support activities, are the services provided to Hydro Power Plants such as Spare Parts, Technical Assistance, Condition Assessment, Maintenance and Repairs. During the ITO (Inquiry to Offer) Stage, the plant support project manager will be leading and doing the technical and commercial offer with the support of the hub engineer, the field operation representative and the sourcing representative. The same team will be supporting the Services Project Manager to deliver the service job during the (Order to Remittance) Stage.

In collaboration with the sales manager and Services regional leader, be part of the commercial strategy to develop Services activitiesConduct site visits, client meetings, listen to customer needs and be ready to detect client issues and promote the adequate technical solutionsDeliver Services commercial and technical proposal with the support of the Services regional teamBe the project manager to drive the execution of the services job with respect to time, quality, and costs commitmentBuild strong relationship and intimacy with GE client while demonstrating success in the execution of the jobsGE provides high-quality services to customers/clients located across the globe and the employee must be able to provide services in an efficient manner aligned with the standards of excellence of the companyQualifications requises:
