Order Execution / Project Management in MSOL-P - POR and asset management / Customer co-ordination / Internal co-ordination for order execution etc.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Meeting Sales POR Maintaining RDSL / PDSL Inventory monitoring Key responsibility of Project execution techno commercially. Kick off meeting with Sales team and Kick off meeting with customer for understanding the project execution strategy as per customer requirement and satisfaction. Expertise to prepare the project documents like project schedule, manufacturing schedule and Project status reports for customer satisfaction. On time PR documentation completion and expedite its approval. Preparation of complete Bill of Material for order entry and Manufacturing as per approved PR documents. To meet sales target for financial year in terms of monthly shipment target. To improve delivery of services to customer to avoid LD and optimize the project execution cycle so as to motivate customer to give repeat business. To keep finished goods material inventory as per target. Feedback to customer & regional sales team for progress of sales orders. To improve customer loyalty by giving proactive services to internal as well external customers To co-ordinate & make successful inspection of customer orders with proper documentation. On time completion of final documentation in required sets.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum of 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Project Management. Familiarity with the Instrument Data Sheets and Specifications, International Standards for Hazardous, Flammable Areas, Ingress Protection Codes Knowledge & experience in reviewing and understanding the EPC, End user specification require Should be detailed and an outspoken character. Must be able to manage sophisticated situations under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills in technical environment. Ability to handle MS Office applications like Word, Excel and Power Point with ease.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering in Instrumentation
