At P&G Bucharest we are organizing office events on the 24th and 25th of March 2025, where you can quickly advance and get through your final interviews in just 1 day!

On top, no specific previous experience is required to qualify as applicant! What you need to do to qualify for the day is to apply, pass the online assessments and first interview by March 17th!

During this recruiting event we are looking for new colleagues in the Contracts Execution, Payments and Purchasing Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute processes within the Source-to-Pay Ecosystem, while developing your expertise in procurement, supplier relationships and invoices management. Some of the responsibilities for the roles will include:

Payment Specialist: In this role, you will manage end-to-end payment processes, while collaborating across departments, analyzing payment data for efficiency, assisting vendors, and establishing best practices to strengthen supplier relationships.Purchasing Buyer: In this role, you will enable for P&G best total value across our supply chains by driving innovation, cost savings, cash, supply assurance, supplier diversity and sustainability.Contract Execution: You will oversee contracts commercial execution, develop in depth mastery on end-to-end supply chains and specialized price governance skills, work with solutions and analytics to enhance effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s final year student / Master’s any year student or recent graduate;

•            Advanced English skills;

•            Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

•            Good collaboration skills & customer oriented;

•            Proactive & innovative attitude, with continuous improvement mindset 

•            Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

•            Understanding or expertise of accounts payable processes and data management

•            Previous use or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP/APO/BW) and master data tools;

•            Previous use or understanding supply chain functions;

•            Advanced knowledge of procurement principles and fundamental contracting principles;
