At P&G Bucharest iHUB, we're hosting a 1-Day IT hiring event on April 1st and 2nd, 2025, allowing you to complete final interviews in one day and receive an offer shortly after. What you need to do to qualify for the day is to apply and if selected, pass the online assessments and first interview by 25th of March!

Job Description

During this recruiting event we are looking for new professional colleagues in the Information Technology Organization on different senior IT roles. In short, depending on the role your primary focus would be:

• Senior Software Engineer: designing, developing, and maintaining software applications across various platforms, whether focused on backend, frontend, or full-stack development;

• Senior Site Reliability Engineer: Monitor and maintain software functionality in production environments; Solve complex technical problems and define key technical strategies for software development;

• Senior Quality Assurance: ensure the quality of software products and users expectations by determining and defining the project scope and objectives for medium to large projects;

• Senior Project Manager: manage several projects at once, defining what each project aims to achieve and what resources are needed to reach those goals; ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively;

• Senior Business Analyst: lead the Cash Acceleration and Supply Chain Finance Analytics Portfolio by developing and enhancing analytical programs and presenting results to leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree graduate in a Technical University

• Proactive & innovative attitude, with continuous improvement mindset

• Advanced Office365 skills (Word, Excel etc.)

• Good English skills

• Senior Software Engineer:  Meaningful experience as Software Developer, employing foundational software engineering principles. Strong command of JavaScript, specifically Node.js and React. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Senior Site Reliability Engineer: Meaningful experience in Software Development. Proficiency with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Expertise in Python programming language and key Python libraries. Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Experience deploying Python applications/services as containerized workloads.

• Senior Project Manager  and Senior Quality Assurance: Experience in supply chain processes and domains. Good understanding of SAP systems,  involving system design/development and project implementations.

• Senior Business Analyst: Experience using analytics techniques to tackle defined business problems; data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar).
