Job Overview The incumbent manages all preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work data in the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) data base supporting the facility maintenance requirements. Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Uses sound management skills to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of GFEBS. Ensures timely and accurate inputting of maintenance and repair data into GFEBS. Produces routine GFEBS and Maximo reports. Manages Maximo and GFEBS systems to include reports and validation of data accuracy between the systems. Fills roles as Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, GR Processor, Physical Inventory Maintainer, Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, PM Order Approver, PM Order Maintainer and PM Reporter. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Minimum of three (3) years of facilities maintenance experience in scheduling, work control, or project control. Minimum of three (3) years of experience using GFEBS. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel. Verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience and understanding of maintenance workflow software such as Maximo and GFEBS. Experience in facility maintenance and operations or service/repair scheduling work. Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.  Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   U.S. Citizenship.   Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).     Reasonable Accommodation: CGS will provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
