This position requires an experienced professional with 6 to 8 years of HR Operations background with strong technical and business process skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization is required. A requirement to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines is essential.
The overarching requirement for this role is a candidate with strong emphasis on Web Designing, Portal or Sharepoint Management and Governance, Reporting Capabilities in HR Metrics and Share Point or Portal Management
Daily weekly monthly and quarterly performance reporting construction and maintenance of vendor activityCreation of Pages, Maintenance & Governance of Portal & Share Point is a key requirementCarry out core and complex processing activities in accordance with established proceduresAbility to multitask ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlinesPerform custom work for vendor support look for ways to standardize when possibleHandle complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgencyAccountable for quality accuracy and timeliness of resultsIdentify and report all risk and compliance issues breaches and suspicious activitiesBuild and manage the flow of information and data to ensure an accurate output with limited issues and exceptionsAct in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundationShare responsibility with lead manager and staff for resolving any issues related to processing activities and for accurate and timely processing and deliveryQualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field preferred;6 to 8 or more years’ experience in a HR operations position with a strong understanding of best practice around processes change management and working with outsourced providers. Must be detail oriented and deadline driven; ability to work in a fast-paced structured and team-based environment as well as independentlyProficient in MS Office and capacity to learn new technology/systemsProficient in Web Designing, Portal or Share Point ManagementAdhere to company policies and guidelinesStrong organizational skills and time management skills (ability to prioritize)Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with experience in delivering presentationsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsHighly motivated with an exceptional drive for successProfessionalism dependability and trustworthinessState Street's Speak Up Line
