GHRSS Administrator (Customer Contact Center)

**What you’ll do:**
This role will provide HR administrative back office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Cultivate a Positive Work Environment:
+ Foster an environment that promotes the Eaton’s goals and philosophies.
+ Encourage continuous improvement through active participation and teamwork.
2. HRMS Data Management:
+ Perform and facilitate relevant HRMS entry for managers and employees.
+ Validate HRMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Integrity Maintenance:
+ Maintain data integrity in the HRMS system.
+ Ensure the accuracy and security of employee personal records and information.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
+ Keep and manage employee personal records.
+ Facilitate the retrieval and reporting of HR-related information as needed.
5. Process Documentation and Improvement:
+ Contribute to the development of business process documentation.
+ Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Employee Engagement:
+ Drive internal employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
+ Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engagement strategies.
7. Support HRS Projects and Programs:
+ Assist in various HRS projects and programs as necessary.
+ Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
+ Good communication skills - both verbal and written
+ Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions
+ Strong attention to details.
+ Must be willing to work on night/rotating shift
+ Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
