Territory: Sanbon County, Miner County, Lake County, Aurora County, Davison County, Hanson County, McCook County, Minnehaha County, Moody County, Brookings County and Kingsbury County South Dakota

What will you be doing? 

Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within territoryBuild and foster a team culture that values, recognize and generates a business oriented, customer focused approachDevelop and maintain network of potential Certified Advisors and GHX SpecialistsMeasure Sales Team performance and evaluate competencies for each employeeCreate business plans and establish a consistent cadence throughout the year with GHXManage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines for GHX Specialist and assigned territory
Qualifications

Requirements

A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience5+ years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience preferredA strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and leadership skillsDemonstrating proficiency in collaboratively creating marketing strategies and executing them to a high standard.Candidate must live in the territory
