Integration Consultant

Role objective:

 

As a member of ADP’s Global Integration Center, in this client facing role, the Integration Consultant supports the Global Solution Designer (GSD) and implements the essential components of ADP’s HCM Integration for our MNC clients.

Responsibilities:

 

General 

Functional owner of data integration into Workday or SuccessFactors Facilitates client data mapping and translations to Workday and/or ADP Partner Payroll data structures and values Responsible for client data conversion, load and verification Advises client based on previous experiences with similar HCM Integrations Partners with Global Solutions Designer regarding configuration and readiness of foundational data Responsible for the quality of the integration solution and operational level client satisfaction

 

Product & Process 

Possess the superior level of HCM knowledge and apply the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to ADP’s clients Maintain up to date knowledge of the Products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficiently Provide feedback on the Products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactions Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.

 

Project Activities 

Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design. Ensure that appropriate local design deliverables are kept up to date (weekly) throughout the project Implement the HCM Integration solution, providing support to client solutions project teams on our integration solutions. We work in a multi-disciplinary global team where every discipline provides a piece of the complete integration solution Responsible for configuration, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, data loading and go-live cutover, to ensure a successful go live Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design Troubleshooting complex integration issues. Provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification Proactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, GIC Leadership) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project Actively contribute to after action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction

  

Qualifications:

 

Education and Certifications:

Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree -> Required; Graduate Degree -> preferred Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification -> a plus

Experience/Skills:

 

Excellent English communication and presentation skills Proven ability to analyze requirements Demonstrates systematic approach to work, logically solve problems, address opportunities/obstacles with minimal assistance Solution oriented Strong payroll process knowledge Acts as owner and team player Ability to set expectations, assess risk, determine course of action, and/or escalate where necessary Thrives in high pace environment with multiple demands and tight timelines Discerns needs and prioritizes tasks according to criticality and business outcomes Capable of working in a globally diverse environment Demonstrates business consulting Quick learner

 Preferred Skills 

Payroll Processing, Human Capital Management Data mapping, translation, and conversion experience Previous experience as an Integration and/or Interface consultant Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role Previous experience managing client relationships

 

Relevant Experience

Experience in implementation or client service positions Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors or similar as HR SOR Payroll configuration experience is a plus
