Roles introduction:  

As a Business Sales Lead (Hunting) you will lead Fractal Analytics’ growth in the Global Capability Centres (GCCs) by bringing your business development, sales, and account management. As a highly motivated, highly successful team member with a proven sale record you are expected to bring insights and experience in areas such as GenAI/AI/ Analytics, Data Engineering, Business intelligence and digital transformation.You will be responsible to identify and drive new opportunities across multiple domains (withing the GCC space). You will manage GCC clients across Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences. You will work towards successful client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the overall sales efforts and account growth.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across industries within the GCC business unitAcquire GCC clients across Mumbai/ PuneResponsible for Sales and Account Management within the GCC ecosystem and scale the overall relationshipAct as the SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship managementIdentify and drive white space growth with the identified GCCsManage CXO relations at your clients and Generate C-level leads through professional networking and conducting telephone-based, face-face, or virtual sales meetings.Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these clients to the respective Engagement ManagerWork with the Fractal’s consulting and capabilities team to selling and grow the footprint and demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the Fractals’ value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client’s business needs and problemsManage and reduce the sale cycle

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 12+ years of experience in Sales and Delivery for CaptivesDemonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver manage services engagementsProven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agendaProficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experienceExpertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversationsHands-on experience on selling to clients in either Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life SciencesMust have experience selling Data Analytics, AIML, Data Engineering type servicesAbility to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goalsProven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale processStrong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audienceSolid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large national and international corporationsAmbitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to workExcellent verbal and written communication skills
