Description Position title: Part-time Gift Entry Associate Department: Advancement Supervisor: Director of Individual Giving Location: San Mateo What’s your Impact in this great opportunity? We are looking for an individual to support our gift entry and acknowledgement letter processing for the advancement team. With support from the Operations Manager and Donor Services team this person will be trained to support the full production of gift entry, creating cover reports, letter creation, printing, and mailing. We are looking for someone with some database or accounting experience, knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, Outlook, to work onsite in San Mateo, CA and have the ability to work from home as needed. The role is expected to be 20 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday but can be somewhat flexible. The position is temporary up to 24 weeks. Responsibilities + Check batch processing: Code check batches and enter in database + Procure reports, mail merge and print acknowledgement letters weekly + Produce dedications cards for gifts made in honor or memory + Support coding and collection of purchasing receipts + Assist data/donor services team with administrative support as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Preferred and Required skills for success of this position include the following: (In some cases, long term experience may substitute for Education) + Computer proficient + Working 20 hours per week or less.
