Why you want this position: Meals provided Lively working environment Pay: $22/hour Shifts: 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. / 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Full-time, Part-time – hours ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week On-the-job training Growth opportunities
Essential Functions and Duties: Train and supervise gift shop staff, create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and promoting a friendly and welcoming store environment Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, and manage product displays Ensure the store is clean, organized, well-maintained, and perform regular checks to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to lift, push or pull between 35lbs – 50lbs and comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the store for extended periods Ability to pass a federal background check
