GIP Governance/PMO Manager

 

 

Are you ready to take on the challenge of developing further our functional governance and project management model and driving change across diverse pillars of our organization? We are seeking for an outcome-oriented, strategic-thinking Governance/PMO Manager within the Global Indirect Procurement (GIP) function.

 

Position Purpose:

As GIP Governance/PMO Manager, you will work alongside the GIP Governance & PMO Director, Performance Manager, and PMO/Responsible Procurement Manager to ensure that our strategies and models are aligned with global objectives while being tailored to meet the unique requirements of the different pillars of our organization. You will be accountable for supporting the continuous improvement of the GIP function, seeking to maximize its overall performance and efficiency by bringing structured project management principles and processes. Working closely with internal and external business stakeholders, you will facilitate a better and optimized experience for all by driving continuous improvement programs.

                                     

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

Lead internal, transversal, and cross-functional projects Ensure consistency and harmonization of operational models, practices, and tools across the GIP organization Support managing GIP operating budget and performance. Develop further the GIP network dynamic and mindset, fostering a common culture by identifying new improvement and innovative opportunities Lead operational activities to support a harmonious communication flow within the GIP community and with Business Partners Lead continuous improvement programs and foster cross-functional understanding

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

University Degree or equivalent experience Experience in Project management, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry Someone with ability to collaborate across all management levels Strategic Problem Solver Commit for results and resilience in a dynamic environment, with strong change management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
