The Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Front-line service professional and brand representative for GSMIDTN.  This is an office campus position only and the applicant must have FWS Award.Responsible for building customer loyalty and increasing relationships with each interaction. Establish meaningful connections and confidently drive accurate and appropriate resolutions to problems with customer orders, questions, or other aspects of customer experience.  Assist walk-in and phone customers.  Use register and credit card processing to finalize customer sales. Apply active listening skills, interject, and paraphrase appropriately to best understand the customer’s needs. Maintain an aesthetically pleasing shop, free of obstacles or dangers for visitors. Ensures the shop is stocked and clean. Oversees inventory and conducts occasional checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Take personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives for the shop and personal growth. 

Working conditions: Ability to stand and work throughout work shift. Position is mostly standing.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
