Description We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team and support spatial data initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Geographic Information Systems, data analysis, and mapping, with the ability to translate geospatial data into actionable insights for business, environmental, planning, or infrastructure decisions. Key Responsibilities: + Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic and spatial data from various sources + Create high-quality maps, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support internal and external stakeholders + Maintain and update GIS databases and ensure data integrity + Develop and run spatial queries and perform advanced geospatial analysis + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, planning, environmental, etc.) to support project objectives + Automate GIS workflows using tools like Python, ModelBuilder, or FME + Support mobile data collection and field mapping efforts using GPS and related tools Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or related field + 2+ years of experience working in a GIS-related role + Proficiency in Esri products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcMap) and spatial databases + Experience with geospatial analysis, cartography, and data visualization + Strong skills in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for geoprocessing tasks + Familiarity with remote sensing, GPS data collection, and web mapping tools is a plus + Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills: + Experience with enterprise GIS (ArcSDE), FME, QGIS, or open-source GIS tools + Understanding of geospatial standards and metadata best practices + Knowledge of CAD-to-GIS integration or asset management systems What We Offer: + A dynamic and supportive team environment + Opportunities to work on impactful, large-scale projects + Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote available) + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package + Career advancement and training opportunities Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
