Barbaricum is seeking a GIS Analyst to support The Network Engagement Training Team (NET), supporting TRADOC G-2 and the Joint Staff, develops and delivers Network Engagement training and Professional Military Education (PME) to audiences from battalion to COCOM level, including military institutions. This role focuses on enhancing understanding of the Operational Environment (OE) and security environment, with a special emphasis on the Information Environment (IE)—its information, physical, and human dimensions. Training is tailored to each unit’s mission, with additional exercise support and on-site mentoring. By improving IE analysis and decision-making, this position helps shape the OE and influence human behavior to achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Review, monitor and develop intelligence doctrine and requirements from a systems, policies and procedures perspective, develop solutions. Identify existing technical, material, data and production gaps in developing the Operational Environment (OE) scenarios. Provide intelligence analyst support to multiple projects and exercises, solving commanders training objectives. Research and prepared products projecting foreign battlefield threats in the OE. Identify intelligence centers of excellence with the technical expertise and production assets to partner with developed new intelligence policies and procedures that would provide information needed to fill critical OE information gaps. Formulate, evaluate, integrate and document the program process making the procedures and products available for integration into the OE. Monitor worldwide conventional and asymmetric intelligence threats from a geospatial perspective for inclusion into the OE. Travel up to 30%.Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret is required, TS/SCI clearance is preferred. 2-8 years of experience.
