Glass Field Trainer

Job Summary
The Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering Glass installation training to teammates and assessing opportunities to obtain and maintain quality standards. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver training to teammates through live and virtual curriculumRecommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviewsMentor Glass technicians to ensure the quality and compliance are attained and sustainedAssist in development and enforcement of quality control processes developed by team Assess teammate training needs and develop materials that will help teammates understand subject matterFollow up with teammates regarding training in-person or through conference callsBuild and maintain partnerships and act as liaison with field leadershipProvide leadership where required Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of company objectives.Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success.Assist evaluation of training sessions created by the training teamIdentify opportunities to improve overall processesOversee and execute special projects as neededAll other duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or tech school graduateTraining or teaching experience preferred2 years Glass installation experience preferredAbility to read and understand instructions, work flows, written estimates and work ordersStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsStrong project management, organization, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt easily to changing, fast-paced environmentsProfessional demeanor with a positive attitude, geared toward customer serviceMust have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
