Kight Home Center (a division of Carter Lumber) is seeking a hands-on, experienced Glass Installation Crew Leader to oversee and participate in the installation of residential and commercial glass products — including windows, doors, shower enclosures, and specialty items. You’ll lead your team on-site while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Requirements:

Previous hands-on installation experience (windows, doors, shower glass, and fireplaces preferred)Proven leadership or supervisory experience on job sitesStrong knowledge of building materials, tools, and local codesAbility to read blueprints and work from both verbal and written instructionsExcellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to deadlinesStrong math and measurement abilitiesHigh attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalismResponsibilities:
