About This Role The role we are offering you: As a glass technician for the MAD (magnetic anomaly detection product) production department, you will be responsible for the production of bulbs and magnetic resonance cells. Your challenges: + Blow, shape, separate or assemble glass components to very precise dimensions + Inspect parts on a microscopic scale to identify microcracks, scratches and check glass wall thickness + Operate a vacuum and pumping system to control the pressures of different gases + Act as a reference point for engineering (technical support and analysis of recurring issues arising from repairs) + Contribute to ensuring the maintenance of quality certifications (ISO 9001 at AS9100) for the department Our ideal candidate has: + DEC in laboratory technique, glass blowing or any other relevant combination + 3 years of professional experience + Chemical and thermodynamic knowledge + Has good technical analysis + Know how to work meticulously + Highly organized, good time management skills + Good verbal and written communication in French and English. + Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate + Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel, CAE offers: + An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued. + The opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a multidisciplinary team. + A flexible schedule. + Possibility of telework. + Attractive benefits.
