We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Clinical Manager to join our renowned Glaucoma Division with the Department of Ophthalmology’s Jules Stein Eye Institute. Working closely with the Clinic Director, Division Chief, and Practice Manager, you’ll oversee a talented team and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervise administrative and clinical staff to support outstanding patient service; perform training, performance evaluations, and counseling actions Oversee the visual field and imaging laboratories Coordinate operations for at least six full-time faculty members, fellows, optometrists, residents, and specialized labs Prepare staff work schedules, including MDs Provide essential clinical, technical, and administrative backup, including special assistance and services as needed for VIPs and POIs Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies for patient examination rooms and laboratories Offer problem-solving guidance and process improvements to deliver high-quality patient care and service

Salary Range:$32.95-$67.53 Hourly
