**Glazier Shop Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Glazier Shop Fabricators with a strong experience in setting glass, framing, caulking, and other related tasks. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Measure, cut, and install glass for various projects, ensuring accuracy and quality. + Frame glass structures, including windows, doors, and other architectural elements. + Apply caulking and sealants to ensure a secure and weatherproof installation. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. + Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in glass setting and framing. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in aluminum frame glazing, glass handling, storefronts, commercial curtain walls, and shower doors. + Proficiency in framing, prefabrication, and caulking. + Ability to read blueprints and specifications. + Experience in setting and fabricating glass. + Skilled in using hand and power tools. + Ability to lift 75+ pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a glazier shop or in glazing to frame and prefab windows and other various structures. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Commercial glazing experience is a must. **Why Work Here?** We offer amazing training and growth opportunities, with lots of work available.
