GLM Process, System & Analytics Expert

 

 

About the position:

 

You will analyse and improve the global logistics analytics and reporting systems to enable the necessary transparency in terms of cost, cost structure for freight and freight to COGS throughout the supply chain goods flow (NTM, Raw Tobacco, Semi Finish, Finished Goods). You will perform and improve logistics cost planning; develop and implement new reportings and analysis tools; Design and improve relevant systems, processes and logistics areas. Support should be given to all GLM team members.

 

This position reports to GL PROCESS, SYSTEM & ANALYTICS MANAGER.


 

Main areas of responsibility:

 

The GLM Process, System & Analytics Expert will be responsible for:

 

Perform and improve logistics planning for ASP and LE in FCPI (FiCostPlanInterface) and SKU DM (DataMart) Manage the related planning database in order to create Full SKU List related to Product Costing determination and Landed Cost management Monitor Logistics Profit Center Reports and monthly GLM reports and take forward looking activities such as planning and improve underlying data base including logistics optimization as such Lead the  implementation of new business cases in logistics systems such as SAP TM, Coupa Analyse Master data needs for logistics systems such as SAP TM, Coupa, MyTower and take action to establish proper maintenance Design and improve relevant systems, processes and logistics areas. This covers existing as well as new functionalities in order to enable the GSC organization to better monitor and improve the End-to-End Suppy Chain Develop and implement new reportings and data analysis tools, provide ad-hoc reports to management

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on finance, economics, systems Min 5 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain and/or Customer Service in a multinational company with focus on data management Fluency in English spoken/written Strong SAP knowledge with a deep understanding of logistics systems environments and MS Office applications
