Job DescriptionYou will produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients as a Global Account Director.
As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the client on a global scale.
This strategic role involves understanding clients' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions or services, and driving revenue growth. The Global Account Director serves as the primary point of contact between the client and ServiceNow, aiming to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
You will also oversee executive relationship management for the client and lead virtual teams on a global scale, including Account Executive, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients as a Global Account Director.

10+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities5+ years of experience as a Global Account Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive- level relationship managementPrevious sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)Strong understanding of financial or manufacturing businesses operations, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level Strong understanding of the global financial business landscape and background in software sales within the financial or manufacturing industry Experience exceeding sales targetsExperience leading a virtual or matrixed teamUnderstanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective clientTravel will be required to meet with clients and coordinate with global teams Additional InformationServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
