Our Team & role purpose

JLL France's "Account Management" department assists major French multinationals with their real estate issues in France and abroad. With the real estate, finance or purchasing departments of these groups as its client, the team is the single point of contact for JLL and ensures the coordination and monitoring of services across all of the Group's business lines (consulting, transactions, developments, FM, data management, etc.) and all of the geographical areas covered by the JLL Group.

The team's main missions are as follows:

Be the single point of contact for the customer: interface for the customer with all JLL business lines at the global level, identification of the right resources within the JLL Group to deliver the service required by the customer;Managing the sale of JLL's services: proactively identifying opportunities, managing the implementation of the service proposal with the country manager of the business line concerned;Managing projects from start to finish: monitoring the progress of projects managed by JLL, progress reporting, reporting on alerts and actions, and remediation if necessary;Managing the partnership contract: carrying out year-end reviews with the client, the account plan for JLL management, updating budget forecasts and actuals, end-to-end management of invoicing (Mandate, PO, Invoicing, Payment);Delivering high-level advice: in light of the client's current events, the data collected and the privacy created, and in conjunction with JLL's Research and Studies Department, organizing exchanges, presentations or targeted communications on commercial real estate trends, innovations or carrying out analyses of specific markets/situations (M&A, cost reduction, monitoring of occupancy, etc.).Sourcing new clients: participation in the identification of new prospects and the construction of support proposals;Participate in the internal animation of the team: improvement of existing processes, weekly and monthly meetings.

The Account Directors are responsible for the relationship with the JLL Group of the Corporate clients they follow. They are experts on their clients' current affairs, have a thorough understanding of all the real estate issues they may encounter, are familiar with the challenges of the international real estate markets and are exemplary in managing and leading a global contract.

What this job involves

By joining the Account Management team, you will work with very large French and multinational companies through framework contracts covering all the real estate professions.

Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you will commercially and operationally lead several framework contracts and contribute to the development of relationships with new clients with the aim of signing a framework contract.

The missions will be varied (non-exhaustive):

Manage the relationship with several French or international accounts and supporting them on all their real estate projects (consulting, transaction, project management, facilities management) by relying on the expertise and network of JLL in France and abroad.Manage complex projects/missions in complete autonomy and in good coordination with local JLL teamsIdentify growth opportunities for JLL within your accountsDevelop and sell commercial proposals on all the group's business linesMonitor and work to achieve business and financial objectives as defined in account plans.Take responsibility for the budget for each of your accounts

Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, in the function or in a similar role such as transaction management, project management or Consulting.5 years of higher education: Business schools or Master’s specializing in real estate and finance.Excellent commercial skills and great interpersonal intelligenceImpactful communication within JLL and with its clientsAbility to deliver tangible resultsSpirit of initiative and taste for teamworkAutonomy, organization, rigor, sense of responsibility, strength of proposalGood analytical and financial skillsFluency in English essentialOther languages desired given the very international dimension of the position
