Global Account Manager - EuropeDACH region

Based out of Germany

GENERAL PURPOSE

Develop and lead Global Account Strategies in key accounts within EMEA that will meet and exceed financial objectives as determined by the Director of Global Accounts EMEA. Prioritise time with Global customers to drive business from new opportunities and established installed base. Create and build on relationships with internal and external customers across the world.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team within the account to produce selling strategies specific to EMEACreate account profiles for all existing and potential customersDevelop networks with appropriate influencers with the industry and aligned industriesDevelop selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationshipsEnsure that new opportunities are created on SFDCEnsure that other HM sales teams are part of the process when appropriateExceed financial goals by securing new business with Global Customers and Regional Account customersLeverage HMGA EMEA relationships to build successMotivate the Regional Specialist Sales team to win locallyProvide feedback to HM based on experiences out in the fieldProvide timely and accurate management information to Director of Global Account - EMEARegularly communicate with HM dealers and salespeople in other parts of the world across different time zonesSupport the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotationsPerforms additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience

Comfortable and knowledgeable about technology

Ability to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
