Global Account Manager (Remote) 

Full time, United States

 

We are looking for a Global Account Manager responsible for managing all aspects of a global travel program for an entertainment industry client. This includes client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation. You will manage sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning, and reviews. If this sounds like you, you could be the new Global Account Manager of a great team.  

 

As a Global Account Manager, you will 

Be responsible for the coordination of all central communication across regions both BCD Travel and client's global initiatives or interests 

Formulate and manage multi-national business plan with client with the goal of increasing revenues, decreasing cost, better utilizing assets and reducing risk of client attrition 

Create and manage business improvement plans, as required 

Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met 

Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms 

Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes 

Communicate customer operations requirements to all owned, partner and affiliate servicing locations 

 

About you 

Corporate/Business travel industry experience in client account management 

Experience implementing & managing large market/ global corporate travel clients 

Thorough knowledge of business travel management 

Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology 

Ability to travel domestically & internationally

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Program Manager is between $101,000 and $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
