In service to Intuit’s focus on revolutionizing speed to benefit, the Accounts Payable (AP) Lead will play a pivotal role as a strategic thinker and agile problem solver capable of leaning into simplification and automation opportunities in the payments space while maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence across our AP operations.

The AP Lead will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the procurement function and accounts payable, with experience operationalizing processes and features in solutions such as Coupa, to effectively streamline and automate processes, bring best practices to bear based on internal and external insights, and harness voice of employee to shape the AP processes for customer benefit. Key responsibilities include overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the company's financial obligations are met accurately and promptly. The role involves analyzing and capturing various accounting data, evaluating financial reports, and implementing procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records. The AP Lead will be the liaison for suppliers, internal departments, and management to ensure timely and accurate payments. The individual in this role will need to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Finance and Intuit and work as a team player.
