Title: Global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Leader 

Location: Buenos Aires – Argentina (office base)

Position Overview: 

NCR Atleos is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Leader to join our team in Argentina. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our accounts payable and Travel & Expense processes, working closely with our Procurement and Treasury departments. The ideal will have a continuous improvement mindset.  The candidate will also demonstrate exceptional responsiveness and the ability to operate effectively during US business hours. 

Qualifications

Oversee the global accounts payable and Travel & Expense functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments to Vendors and our employees. Collaborate with the treasury team to manage cash flow and optimize payment schedules. Work closely with internal business partners and procurement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Maintain strong executive communication, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Deliver outstanding internal customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function. Foster a culture of innovation, continuously seeking ways to improve and streamline processes. 

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; MBA/ Accounting Certificate or Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, the ability to interact effectively with executives, internal business partners, and procurement. Must have a sense of urgency and possess the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with process improvement and innovation in financial operations.
