We’re looking for a Global Agency Relations Lead to oversee our global creative agency partnerships including working closely with Procurement through contract and onboarding of new agencies, curating our roster of preferred and specialty agency partners, guiding work to the appropriate agencies, facilitating successful briefing, serving as a liaison between ResMed and agency partners to resolve any challenge around ways of working, training agency partners on our processes and standards and conducing quarterly business reviews as appropriate. Your deep knowledge contractual standards around all types of marketing and creative agency engagements and insight into the global agency landscape will be vital to success in this role.

This is a remote-first role reporting to a leader based in the eastern (EST) US time zone. We are prioritizing applicants from North America or Dublin, Ireland for this position.

Let’s talk about the role

Partner with ResMed’s Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team to establish and maintain a roster of all creative agency partners across the enterprise.Evaluate agency partnerships and recommend optimization to enable efficiencies and cost savings where possible.Shepherd new agency partners through procurement process per established processes.Facilitate agency onboarding and ongoing training/awareness around relevant standards and ways of working including brand guidelines, DAM requirements, Legal and Regulatory review process, document control, transcreation/localization, etc.Partner with peers within the Global Creative team and adjacent teams to identify and evaluate “right fit” agency partners for outsourcing work and manage engagements as needed.Assist internal stakeholders with funneling creative requests to the appropriate creative team (e.g. in house creative or agency partner) and aid in briefing process to ensure best possible outcome(s) in aligning creative solutions with business objectives.Aid ResMed stakeholders in evaluating proposals and SOWs against briefs when needed.Ensure Global Creative is engaged to review creative work at appropriate check points.Liaise between agency partners and ResMed stakeholders, as needed, to resolve barriers to success for both parties.Create and implement quarterly business review (QBR) or other processes to enable strong partnerships and continual improvement across all agency relationships.Support and enable hybrid or shared project delivery when in-house creative team and agency partner(s) are working collaboratively on programs.Enable collaboration between agency partners and other Marketing teams (e.g. Marketing Operations, Brand, Corporate Communications) to ensure successful measurement and execution of campaigns/programs.Preparing quarterly and/or semi-annual reporting on agency spend and support metrics as needed.

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of work experience5+ years of relevant experience within marketing, advertising and/or creative – prior experience in agency relations role preferredEvidence of experience working with Procurement teams and processes and knowledge of contract negotiation (specifically with creative and marketing work engagements and agencies)Prior agency/supplier management experience

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$146,000- $182,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
