**Global Anaplan Support Specialist**

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Global Anaplan Support Specialist you will be responsible for maintenance and development of Budgeting and Planning Tool (Anaplan), providing support for Budget Owners and other FP&A Teams as well as budget and forecast reports preparation.
This job is part of the Global Finance Team and will cooperate with Teams from all BSOs.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Budgeting and Planning Tool maintenance – Anaplan (creating new model, enter changes, change assignments, clean models, prepare new versions, change model status, manage accesses, etc.)
+ Support FP&A teams in uploading data into Anaplan on monthly basis
+ Verify correctness and completeness of the data received and managers inputs in Anaplan
+ Cooperation with FP&A Teams to agree the changes to be implemented in Anaplan
+ Maintain generic mailbox on daily basis, provide answers and explanations
+ Update trainings presentations and manuals when needed
+ Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities – review and verify data entered by budget owners, prepare analysis of budgeted costs,
+ Prepare reports for budget and forecasts and any other
+ Participate in Anaplan development - gather requirements, update formula, add new modules
+ Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities and communicate them
+ Prepare other regular and ad-hoc financial analyses
+ Provide recommendations for improvements of existing processes
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Proven experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, Management Accounting etc. of min. 5 years
+ Candidates with experience in other areas will be considered if they have proven to have the required abilities and skills,
+ Practical knowledge of Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications,
+ Knowledge of Anaplan would be an asset,
+ Fluency in English,
+ Good understanding of finance and accounting principles
+ Very good analytical skills and accuracy
+ Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships
+ Ability to work under time pressure in a highly changeable working environment and deliver quality product on time.
