As a purpose, Dove Men + Care wants to give men the courage to care for themselves and each other, and it’s in the process of launching in 2025 its new Brand Do program to help the next generation of boys grow to become caring men. DM+C has 60% of its business coming from the US the brand is still nascent in EU and LA with huge potential for further development.
Reporting to the Dove Men+Care Master Brand Global Brand Manager based out of US, this role will give you the opportunity to lead DM+C Purpose, Engagement and Social strategy while leveraging the power of culturally partnership. This role will play a strategic role to bridge the Dove Men+care global team with the Global Dove Masterbrand team based in central London to look for opportunities of collaboration and strengthen the Dove brand.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Passion and deep understanding of Men’s Personal Care
Demonstrable skills and/or inclination in the following areas:
Being at the edge of social, early adopter of new social tech. Passion for reinventing the playbook for brands to win in social. Consumer understanding – understanding young guys better than anybody else, being connected to them and immersed in their culture. Data-driven approach – being excellent at using data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Entrepreneurial mindset and out-of-the-box thinking – not taking things for granted and challenging the status quo when it gets in the way, applying critical thinking and creativity to problem solving. Support landing Other’s Say and Social plans, including defining how we partner with a range of different experts, influencers, and media outlets to drive brand and product desire.
Help drive DM+C Brand Community on all things Purpose, Masterbrand, Others Say, Social, Brand DO.
Accountability
Deliver high quality assets and lead agencies to create unmissable work that meets agreed KPIs with your Line Manager.
Become an expert on Gen Alpha and Gen Z Subcultures. “Be the Internet Anthropologist”. Listen, learn Lean in.
Collaborate creating the social plan for all DM+C innovations.

Location
In 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars ("100VE"), Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond, the build is due to be complete in early 2025. Most recently, in August 2024, we announced our intention to retain our premises in 100VE until our lease expires in 2027.
We are due to consult with our existing workforce on the new proposal to retain 100VE for the duration of our lease. Therefore, until such a time consultation has concluded as to the retention of our 100VE office, this role will be based in 100 Victoria Embankment until early 2025 and then will move to the Kingston Campus.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
