You will play a key role in driving and contributing to our growth agenda in close collaboration with colleagues in global functions, our markets and our license partner, Starbucks.

Skilled project manager with strong attention to detail
In this role, you will get amble opportunity to bring your strong skill set within project management to life, as you’ll be our global lead on all packaging artwork changes for the full Starbucks branded portfolio, meaning any packaging changes required to our back of pack texts across our products in different markets. You will be working with skilled markets and agencies, so no need to worry about having to learn every language in the EMEA region yourself, but the job does require you to bring your strong attention to detail and not least excellent stakeholder management skills to use on the daily.
You will also take on our global at home occasion portfolio, covering Multiserve and Multipack products, which e.g. includes leading on portfolio strategy and marketing toolbox creation, and you’ll lead global brand support and sparring with our Nordics market cluster, incl. supporting commercial managers on local brand activity approvals in line with global toolkits and guidelines, etc.
Key responsibilities:
Your biggest project and responsibility will be leading all global packaging artwork changes for the full Starbucks product portfolio You will also lead the At Home portfolio in the Global Brand Team, covering our Multiserve and Multipack formats, e.g. linked to portfolio strategy and global marketing toolbox, etc. Finally, you will be the brand sparring lead for our Nordics market cluster, incl. sparring with commercial managers on local brand activations, etc.

You bring a structured approach to your tasks and projects, have a natural flair for details and communicate easily with stakeholders across departments. You’re well-equipped to juggle several priorities at once, often with short deadlines, and you’re a strong self-starter, well-equipped to run projects, tasks and deadlines on your own. You also bring a great team orientation, which equips you to engage with and enable the global team around you to deliver on your projects.
Preferably you have:
A bachelor or master degree within marketing, business or communications or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience Excellent project management skills Solid MS Office skills Strong communication skills, incl. strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English Potential previous experience from a global or local FMCG role (not a prerequisite though) Potential previous experience working with pack artworks, product management and/or brand management in cross functional teams (not a prerequisite though)
