ABOUT OUR ROLES
Investment Banking Operations provides operational support throughout the lifecycle of a Corporate Advisory or Financing Deal. The department is structured as five functional teams within Asia, Europe and the US. The teams are set up to manage each deal through client onboarding, logistics of marketing, deal execution, settlement and invoicing of fees and expenses. 

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

ECM Syndicate Operations support across APEJ markets – IPOs, block trades, convertible bondsWorking on ECM transactions from pre-launch through to completion of all post pricing requirementsEnsuring MNPI is handled sensitively according to the Compliance & Regulatory frameworkAd hoc reports and analysis – regulatory and for the IB teamOrchestrating stock and cash movements associated with primary and secondary deal activityProviding support and advice to bankers with regards to operational processes impacting deal activity

Role description

You will sit with the ECM Syndicate desk in HK Provides operational support to ECM and IB for APEJ Equity Capital Market dealsCoordinates with other syndicate bank, legal counsels, tax experts and share registrar to ensure smooth settlement logisticsWorks closely with client onboarding team and ECM/IB on KYC/Client Account OpeningReview of offering documentation for proper syndicate languageEnsuring all client allocations are booked and balanced before settlement date
