Emerging Markets (EM) Structured Trading  is responsible for market-making and trading a variety of fx and interest rate products - including swaptions and other exotics - on Asia EM currencies.  

Our franchise covers institutional (corporations, financial service providers, insurance companies, money managers and hedge funds managers) and private wealth clients. 

The team has wide range of responsibilities, such as market making, development of new product/client custom-fit solution and risk management of existing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Market making for Interest Rate Swaptions and other volex productsTrade idea generation, Risk monitoring, and trade executionRisk management of existing portfolios and new tradesCoordinating with Quants, Strategists, Structuring, Sales, Federation, and other teams to refine strategies and drive business initiativesWork closely and collaboratively as a team to deliver results at the highest standards

Required Qualifications:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with an excellent academic recordStrong technical/analytical/quantitative skillsAttention to detailStrong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to think critically in evolving market conditionsAbility to thrive and perform in a challenging and high-pressure environmentsGood communications skills and ability to perform within and outside the teamSolid work ethic and high level of motivationIdeally some knowledge of risk management, trade execution, and derivative modelsCoding skills preferred
