Within a dynamic, market-driven environment, our teams work closely with corporate clients, financial sponsors, banks and governments to structure and execute plain vanilla as well as exotic financing and risk management transactions.

Our aim is to provide our clients with the best and most innovative financing and risk management solutions across the full product spectrum, including equity, debt and derivatives. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The position available is for an Analyst within our Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (‘CEEMEA’) debt financing and origination group. Your primary focus will be our clients in the CEEMEA region and, as an Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Assist senior professionals with deal origination and execution across a diverse range of product areasTake responsibility for execution of deals in some casesWork as a product specialist directly with our clients at top management level to create and deliver financing solutions through debt (bonds, loans, FX and rates) productsDevelop a strong understanding of market fundamentals and be able to make market-informed contributions on a broad array of financing strategies that address clients’ specific needsDesign highly tailored presentations for clients to outline solutions to their financing needs (e.g. general corporate financing, acquisition financing, structured finance)Work on live transactions and interact with clients and professionals from across the bank as you build your network and experienceWork closely with Investment Banking teams on client coverage and origination


Basic Qualifications

Candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree1-3 years of experience within an investment banking teamDrive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong quantitative and technical abilitiesAn outstanding academic recordPersonal integrity, initiative and leadership qualitiesStrong communications, multi-tasking and time management skillsKnowledge of one of the languages from CEEMEA countries is a plus
