The person will work with the current onshore team in managing the Primary Dealership desk in Mumbai

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of day to day funding requirements of the deskActive quoting to clients on interest rate products and risk management of inventoryActive generation of trades ideas and pitching to clients to expand franchiseWork with sales and structuring to facilitate full gamut of product and servicesLiaise with middle/back office to ensure seamless trade execution and minimize operational riskComply with all applicable internal rules and external regulations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of relevant experience in local rates or FX marketsStrong knowledge of macro-economicsRelevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record Client-focused with strategic, long term mind-setExcellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsGreat attention to detail, ability to multi-taskSolid work ethics and high levels of motivationStrong team player

Experience of trading in FX products
