Main responsibilities:

Global Innovation Project Managers have responsibility to deliver multi-million-dollar innovation projects and achieve that outcome through effectively leading a cross-functional implementation team. The co-op in this role will be an important member of our PM team and will contribute directly to the project success through:

Development of project approval presentations and participation in leadership governance reviews

Supporting the Innovation PMs with project meeting follow-ups, interfacing daily with global cross functional subject matter experts

Developing end to end project timelines in MS Project utilizing cross functional input

Updating new product project status in our global innovation software  

Publishing clear and timely meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups

About You:

Rising Junior, or Senior, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline at an accredited university.

Comfortable with commuting to Morristown, NJ 3-4 days a week

Strong Excel skills, MS Power Point experience, previous experience using of Power BI and/or MS Project is a plus.

Keen attention to detail and take the time to understand what exists vs. what is possible, and stakeholders’ needs and challenges.

Enjoy partnering with stakeholders to design and implement meaningful outcomes.

Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time.

Self-directed individual willing to utilize all resources, be curious and ask questions.
