Job Description Summary

This position supports the development and implementation of the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) Global Program. Responsibilities include, basic administration tasks, meeting coordination, support in developing structures and carrying out various processes, reporting and tasks for the Global Mission Critical Facilities Program. This position requires 3-5 days in the office as coordinated with the Line manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Business Management tasks:Support the Global Business Management lead in day-to-day operations tasksActively supports the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) Team in the implementation of global MCF ProgramSupport in managing MCF operational, regional, global and strategic activitiesAssist in the improvement and development of processes / standards / reportsSupport the Global MCF lead in day-to-day responsibilities and ad hoc tasksRegular communication with MCF Regional Leads and relevant global real estate stakeholdersGathering updates from MCF Regional / Functional Leads on various topicsSupport in MCF document maintenance, storage and controls process, manage the MCF Database independentlyEstablish management presentations if requiredMeeting Coordination:Fully organize and maintain the MCF key meetings (timetables, booklets, minutes, document archive, manage actions)Process / Standards / Reports:Develop monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as requiredEnsures that all MCF regional deliverables (including MCF reports) are met and are of the highest qualityProvide support to improve and develop processes / standards / reports with regards to effectiveness and digitization

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar type of role (e.g. business management, strategy, project management)Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment and ready to work within tight deadlinesProactive mindset to take initiative and implement necessary actionsEffective communication and collaboration skills when working with team members or stakeholdersAble to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with regulations and proceduresExcellent in all Microsoft Office tool and able to establish advanced PowerPoint presentationsBe a team player with good communication skills, with an eye for details and a high level of integrityFluent in English

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
