Global Business Partner Compliance Lead

The Global Business Partner Compliance Lead will assist with the development and implementation of a global best practice. This position will work in conjunction and collaboration with regional business and global commercial and compliance teams.

This position will report to the VIS Global Head of Operations and work as an individual contributor. Compliance operations are primarily focused on localization of global compliance policies and procedures, monitoring, training and communications, due diligence of third-parties, business partners, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence on third parties and manage the due diligence through the internal Business Partner management system.Assist with administration and project management of the third-party management system.Coordinate and conduct regional monitoring activities, audits, and special projects in collaboration with global team as well as other ad hoc compliance monitoringReport and perform activities related to country-specific reporting or transparency requirements (e.g. French Sunshine)Assist in drafting and finalizing global compliance policies and procedures based on global guidelines and approaches.Assist in preparing and implementing the training and communications for regional compliance policies and procedures, including but not limited to draft the training materials, provide training, track and maintain the training records, etc.Assist with the risk analysis of geographic regions.Coordinate Global compliance transactional review processes.  

Job Requirements:     

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.3+ years of ethical compliance experience in a dynamic sales/business development, finance, or legal support role, within a global healthcare corporation (med-device or pharma)Knowledge and experience in setup and maintaining of policy and procedures, compliance monitoring, training and communication, due diligence for third party intermediaries, external reportingSuperior project management skills with the attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredHighly skilled in taking complex data and simplifying it for targeted audiences.Ability to develop work plans and meet project timelines and milestones.Highly proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as other web-based applications.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence a diverse group of individualsAbility to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement courses of actionAbility to build strong and productive business partner relationships. Influence leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $114,400 - Max $171,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
