Global Business Resource Group Program Associate

SUMMARY OF POSITION

In this role, you will serve as the Business Resource Group (BRG) main point of contact, ensuring alignment and integration of BRG strategic plans and programming and all efforts are aligned with the company’s overall Inclusion and Belonging strategy.

What you will do:

Provide guidance and oversight to BRGs, Local Impact Teams, and other key stakeholders to become their Trusted Advisor.Conduct research to identify best practices and provide insights for BRGs leadership teams and impact teams.Facilitate regular calls with BRG leaders to share updates, relevant information and provide a consultative approach to problem solving.Create a global calendar for programming across regions, functions and levels to celebrate diversity and maximize employee engagement, leverage Impact Teams to assist with event planning and to promote new connections.Partner with the internal and external communications teams, HR leadership team and marketing team to develop a comprehensive and consistent BRG communication strategy.Work with Communications and Marketing to develop BRG brandingCoordinate activities, such as events, conferences, meetings, and philanthropy drives with the BRGs. Coordinate annual cultural heritage/milestone events (i.e. Black History Month, Women’s History Month, LGBTQ+ Pride Month, Diwali, etc) and Day of Series.Manage and enhance the BRG membership database and mass communications platform, and provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.Run BRG leadership selections process. Plan and support continuity planning for BRG leaders.Act as a project lead to develop and implement strategic eventsPartner with talent acquisition to use BRGs to maximize recruitingPartner with Culture team to integrate BRGs and Impact teams into culture frameworkManage and complete external benchmarking surveysProvide support for key I&B initiatives including but not limited to training and special projects

What you will bring to the team:

A creative approach to solving problems that you use to innovate and challenge the status quoAdvanced organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Experience building, delivering and measuring high-impact learning experiences to diverse audiences.Experience communicating across diverse audiences including employees and customers.The ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.The ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail.

Qualified candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree in sociology, social justice, diversity and inclusion, equity, human resources, peace operations or a closely related fieldPrevious experience in coordinating a day-to-day Inclusion and Belonging workPrevious experience in building and leading Business Resource Groups or equivalent communities

Pay Range:

$56,100.00-$74,833.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
