Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization.

Responsible for understanding and executing the workflow, processes, and business practices for partners. Acts as a first point of contact for partners/channel representatives and liaison with external and internal stakeholders daily to support partner transactions. Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable insights to optimize outcomes. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations, to support business operations and decision-making.

Shift Timings- 2pm – 11pm IST

Tools
